Representative Berkowitz brought up reconsideration of the vote on                                  
CSHB 288(STA) (page 1704).                                                                          
                                                                                                    
The following was again before the House in third reading:                                          
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 288(STA)                                                                  
    "An Act changing the name of the Department of Community and                                    
    Economic Development to the Department of Commerce and
